The Cottages have 2 bedrooms accomodating 4 people for less
1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds
New - 2nd floor 3-room apartment accomodating up to 2 people (no children)
Waterview Cottages (No. 1, 6,7) and Apartment are rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Beachfront Cottages (No. 2,3,4,5) are rented from Sunday to Sunday.
These Cottages are in a garden setting on a 240' private sandy beach / large sundeck with spectacular panoramic views, gas grills, tables, chairs and rockers. Cable TV, vacation phones, well equiped kitchens, refrigerators & microwaves and heated spring & fall. These "home away from home" are fully carpeted, with absolute cleanliness throughout, extending a gracious welcome. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE ESTABLISHMENT. There will be a $125.00 fee for smoking in any unit and/or tampering with SMOKE DETECTORS.

Spacious sundeck with rockers/tables/umbrellers,gazebos overlooking Cape Cod's spectacular sky and sunsets. Benchs on the beach to enjoy quiet time.
